A year has gone so fast, much faster than I thought and had hoped. I knew this day would soon come but had been putting off how I would deal with today when it came. I miss you so much Rory, words can not describe. Each day seems to get harder and harder and dealing with it becomes more and more challenging. You were in pain and now you are pain free. We are now the ones in pain and in a comforting way I’m ok with that as you are now free of pain and suffering. You were a true warrior and if I can carry 10% of the strength, faith and resilience you had I would be a satisfied man. Thank you for being the best friend anyone could ask for and continuing to give your friends, family and those closest to you the strength to persist in these difficult days. Love you xoxo
